 Instant Data Deletion or Storage – You Decide!

• When you invite an AI interpreter, you’ll see a confirmation pop-up:
  "Do you confirm that your data will be deleted immediately after the meeting? [ ] Don’t show this message again."

• If you select 'Delete right after the meeting', transcripts will not be available for download after the meeting ends.

• If you prefer to store meeting transcripts for later access, you can adjust this setting when creating a new meeting invitation.
